I know where you're coming from. This is what you do. You pay attention, and you try to help. I understand if this is something you want to look into.
But - Stiles -
You've been in Duplicity for approximately twenty seconds. There's so much you don't know about this place, and even more you don't know about these people.
Even putting aside the state you must be in, mentally speaking - you just can't put something this big on your shoulders when there's so much more you have to learn. You're not ready.
Leave it to the people who are.
