[ he needs to be better at learning how to support people. for his betas, for stiles, now that they're contracted. he needs to do more for people than snap and get angry and push them, especially now that he has nothing but the fear of the unknown keeping him in place. he doesn't have to rush to teach people how to survive, even if he's lucky enough to form another pack while he's here - he just has to... be a leader.

and he can do that. but having someone like tate to help him practice what he needs to practice will only make things easier. ]

but the dude had his own demons and I don't think he kept that shit in check

I did like to read about cold cases, back at school. might've given the librarian the same impression for all I know. but mostly I just like poetry, classics, some decent fiction. don't need to oogle dead bodies. you see one, you've seen them all. it's just sad? empty.
